Business Advice Video:

I use a combination of lies, manipulation, cheating, stealing, gaslighting, bullying, insulting, and flexing to make sure that everybody in my office stays under my thumb where I want them.

Matt’s Review:

Okay, I’m sure some people are like that. I think that is a terrible way to run a business. I think this was meant tongue in cheek though, hopefully. I don’t think this was meant as a serious list of management skills, lying, cheating, gaslighting, etc. So I guess you really could look at that list as the opposite. If you’re doing those things to manage your business, manage the employees, then those are the behaviors that you really need to cut out, stop, if you expect to get maximum productivity and efficiency out of the people that work for you. If you want to have people who are looking to, you know, do their utmost to do the least, to milk the clock and be unproductive and inefficient and cause you many more headaches than you’ll ever see results from, then, you know, yes, do all those things. That would be a great way to manage a terrible business, but a terrible way to manage a great business.
