How Much Is the Service?Every single job is custom quoted, whether catch up or ongoing work or both or includes tax returns or not. The cost depends on the volume of transactions and the number of accounts, but here are some starting numbers:
Bookkeeping Monthly Minimum from : $199

S Corp or Partnership Tax Return from: $895
Payroll Service per month from $49

- How Does It Work?
Simply get in touch with us and we can review your exact needs and situation. Based on that we will provide you with a written proposal with a fixed price quote and turnaround time in writing.
From there, if you decide to move forward, we get right to work. If not, there is no obligation and no ongoing sales pitch. Either you decide to work with us or not- we let the service and quality speak for themselves!
Once you start, on onboarding team reaches out to get everything we need for the project. Our New Client team then does any catch work while the tax team can review prior year returns for problems or possible amendments to recapture overpaid taxes! Communication happens through our secure client portal, email, phone and even text messages as best fits the situation.
Once you’re up and running, our ongoing team takes care of you each month. At each stage, you have a single point of contact and helpful, responsive team members taking care of your needs.
- How Soon Can I Start?
You can start immediately! We have capacity now and are currently taking new clients. As quickly as you can get us the items we need we can get started on helping you out. Most catch up projects take between two to four weeks and ongoing monthly projects are done each month, typically within the first ten to fifteen days of the month.
