I have shared Alex Hormozi’s channel in the past, because he is one of the only entrepreneur content creators who I consistently think is on point and free of the usual RahRah BS that 97% of them put out.
I came across this video recently and it has some truly valuable insight that I happen to 100% agree with and am working myself on putting into practice in our business even more than we already do.
