How Much Is the Service?Every single job is custom quoted, whether catch up or ongoing work or both. The cost depends on the volume of transactions and the number of accounts, but monthly prices range from under $100 a month up to $275 on average. The more you are doing, the more it costs, but it is often less than 1% of your monthly sales volume- a tiny price to pay for peace of mind and hands off accounting!

How Soon Can I Start?You can start immediately! We have capacity now and are currently taking new clients. As quickly as you can get us the items we need we can get started on helping you out. Most catch up projects take a week to two weeks and ongoing monthly projects are done each month, typically within the first ten days of the month.

Quickbooks is a complicated, powerful program that can be a little intimidating to use. You want to get it right because it’s the financial record for your business.
